Terms
Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 July 2026. These beta terms explain how MailOdi may be used. They are a practical starter policy and should be legally reviewed before a full paid launch.
1. Service
MailOdi is an AI email assistant that helps users review Gmail messages, identify priorities, flag sender-risk signals, detect commitments, prepare editable reply drafts, and send email through a connected Gmail account after an explicit user action. MailOdi is not a legal, medical, financial, security, or emergency-response service.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing every recommendation and draft before acting. Before sending, you must review the recipients, subject, content, attachments, and any AI-generated or suggested text. You must have the right to send the content and attached files. MailOdi may make mistakes, miss context, or rank messages incorrectly. Do not rely on MailOdi as the only source for urgent, legal, financial, medical, or safety decisions.
3. Gmail access and sending
MailOdi uses Google OAuth and may request Gmail read and send permissions. Read access supports priority, commitment, follow-up, sender-risk, and draft features. Send access lets you deliver email through your connected Gmail account only after you press Send or otherwise give an explicit send instruction; MailOdi does not currently send email autonomously. Delivery, recipient acceptance, and uninterrupted Gmail or Google availability are not guaranteed and remain subject to Google's services, policies, limits, and account status.
4. Acceptable use
You must not use MailOdi for spam, unauthorized bulk sending, abuse, impersonation, fraud, harassment, illegal content, harmful files, or unauthorized access. MailOdi may block, limit, or suspend sending or account access for security, abuse prevention, quota, provider, or legal reasons.
5. Beta availability
MailOdi is under active development. Features, limits, pricing, and availability may change. The service may be interrupted while we improve infrastructure, security, and product behavior.
6. Payments
Paid plans are not enabled until checkout is approved and visible in the product. Any future paid subscription will show pricing and billing terms before payment.
7. Data deletion
You can disconnect Gmail and request deletion of MailOdi-held data. Instructions are available on the Data Deletion page.
8. Contact
